Missing page contents

    Hi,

    I have been using this sample (Hestia) for more than a year now and recently all page contents (text, maps and galleries) are missing when you visit the page. I checked in the admin side and I can see the missing data here, I also can edit the blogs and articles, but in the preview mode and after the update option these contents are still invisible.

    I have updated almost everything to solve the problem, the wordpress version, the sample, and the plug-ins but still nothing. Also I’m not sure that this is the samples issue, but it was the only logical result for me.

    Hi,

    Can you please share some screenshots of the sections you missing and are visible in the backend?

    Also, are you using the Orbit Fox plugin?

    Hi!

    I made some screenshots, but overall all blog posts are missing on the front end, I mean you can see the titles and cover images but if you open the post it’s empty (There are 273 posts). And the problem is the same on the main pages too. In the back-end I can see and edit all of the missing posts, pictures.

    I downloaded the Orbit Fox plugin when I saw the problem, and I started to update some of the plug-ins and about theme. But after the swiths on of the Orbit Fox nothing happened and also I can’t understand how this plug-in works, or why do I need this.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the details!
    Another idea, in order to troubleshoot this would be do deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to see if any of them is causing this.

    Hi,

    I took your advice and I started to deactivate the plugins one-by-one. The first was the Advanced Page Visit Counter plugin, and after the deactivation the site worked again (the contents were visible at the front end). As a test I activated again this plugin and it had no effect on the contents. So I don’t know what happened, but now it’s working 🙂
