Hi Patumbaz,
thanks for using MH Newsdesk lite.
This isn’t a theme issue, the mobile menu is working fine in the theme demo and also on other user sites. We can’t reproduce this and there also are no other users reporting any issues with the mobile navigation.
It’s possible that one of your plugins is messing with the navigation or it could be related to customizations, as it seems that you have customized the theme. We recommend that you try to disable your plugins and if that doesn’t help, please undo your theme modifications to restore the original codebase.
Hi,
I am having the same problem with this theme on mobile devices.
I have tried disabling plugins but this has not worked so would be open to any more advice?
Thanks
Hi Ben,
please check if you have set a custom menu properly in your WordPress dashboard under “Appearance => Menus”. If yes, and in case there is no navigation showing up on mobile devices, there must be a conflict on your site because the theme itself will always display the menu as expected.
That means if you have verified that you have configured everything properly and still don’t have a menu on mobile devices, we can only recommend that you do some more troubleshooting on your site as there must be a plugin or script installed that is blocking the mobile navigation from showing up.
You can see how the mobile navigation should look like in the theme demo and on several other user sites.
