Missing information after update

I have been having an issue with missing information once someone submits a form. I have 4 forms and have different information in each form. My problem is when someone fills out a form it will show the information in their profile but if they fill in another form it erases all the dropdown boxes in their prior contact. It leaves any information that was was a text or text area. The only information I see of the dropdown boxes is the last contact they made.
I have had this issue since the beginning of installation a year ago but I have always been able to export the CSV and the missing information would be there (in the CSV) even though it was missing from the actual dashboard.
But now it is not exporting any information except their last contact.
I cannot find your support forum that you used to have on your site to try and trouble shoot this myself first. I hope I can get some help as soon as possible. This is time sensitive. Thanks in advance for your help!
