    I have a working hero and header on my main page, however, I don’t see the header (or menu) on a subsequent page I made. I added a separate image that I expected to appear on the new page (https://marinccl.dreamhosters.com/newsletters/), but it is not there.

    If you can help, I greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you!

  • Hi Jay,

    Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help with your queries.

    As checked, your Newsletter page is using Elementor Canvas template that removes the theme’s header and footer areas. Please change it to either Front Page or Full width from Page Settings (at left bottom side) panel while editing the page with Elementor.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you again Kharis!

    I tried each of the templates as you suggested. The ones that displayed the header image are “Theme” and “Elementor Full Width”.

    This is great. But I’m still not done.

    The header image in both of these templates is quite dark and does not reflect the exposure of the original image.

    Any ideas you have are VERY much appreciated.

    Thanks again,

    -Jay-

    Hi Jay,

    To remove the dark overlay on header, you can add this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    .sydney-hero-area .overlay {
      display: none;
    }

    Regards,
    Kharis
