Missing Header Image Once plugin was downloaded

    Hi there,

    My website is currently not live yet. I downloaded the plugin and everything looks good but the header image is missing now. My theme is Kale Pro. I uploaded my theme through customize area. Please let me know how to resolve this.

    I’m sorry… I didn’t mean to say I uploaded my “theme” through customize area. I meant to say I uploaded my header image though customize area.

    I’m glad you found the solution for you 🙂

    Next time I advise you to contact you theme support first, since they are the ones supping the content and the plugin setup. Our plugin is only a tool for theme authors to setup the one click demo import for their themes.
