Missing file error on activation

FYI, I’m seeing the following error at the top of my WP admin pages immediately after activating the plugin.

Warning: file_get_contents(/home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/weblibrarian/contexual_help/weblib-collection-maintance.html) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/weblibrarian/includes/admin_page_classes.php on line 25

The plugin does not include this file. Since it’s just help content I created a blank file for it (with “maintenance” spelled wrong 🙂 as it was looking for) to make the error go away for now.
