Missing feature: default lang prefix in pre-path mode

Hi,

I just tested mqtranslate on a test-server where qtranslate was installed before.
While using the “Pre-Path Mode” (Default, puts /en/ in front of URL)
I recognized, that the /en/ ist not working anymore, if “en” is the default language.

Example:

with qtranslate:

http://www.site.com/news/ # default lang: en
http://www.site.com/en/news/ # works as well
http://www.site.com/de/news/ # and now German

with mqtranslate:

http://www.site.com/news/ # default lang: en
http://www.site.com/en/news/ # does not work -> 404 ?!
http://www.site.com/de/news/ # and now German

Can you implement this feature again?
