On the old version is OK, yes.
It is not the file format. I save them also as .jpg and the logo is not shown at the print out.
Do you see the company name instead of the logo? Have you tried uploading another file?
I can’t reproduce your issue, which makes it quite difficult to fix it.

I am having the same issue with the logo not printing. I have used three file types. I changed the logos on the settings and also under the WooCommerce Invoice section. I also deactivated and deleted the plug in, reinstalled, and couldn’t get the logo to print. It shows on the page, just as mathysjp shows, but will not show up on the printout of either the invoice or delivery.
It used to print on the old version. I can’t get this resolved either and would like to have the logo show up like it is supposed to. I have tried Firefox and Internet Explorer, but the logo didn’t show up on either when I tried to print, but is there for both on the settings.
I think this is also related to the SSL bug that is fixed in 3.0.6. Could you please test it and tell me if it is working now for you?
