missing default flag

let me report to you, with 3.9.2 and 1.4.29 it was OK, but with 4.0 and newest plugin versions (1.4.33 same.) I´m not able install plugin with defaul flag (default, En).
Flag is missing and no chance to add it subsequently.https://wordpress.org/plugins/ceceppa-multilingua/
