After that, I can see the new user only in WP USER’S LIST but not in CUSTOMER’S LIST of Woocommerce.
Customer is a user role that is added to WordPress, so it is expected that all customers will appear as part of the WordPress user list.
When you reference the WooCommerce “customer list”, I’m assuming you are referring to the report found at WooCommerce > Customers. Is that correct?
If so, this is a report that shows all customers that have placed at least one order. Users that do not have any orders attached to them will not appear in that list, even if they have the “Customer” user role.
So, for example, if someone registers through the My Account page on your site, but doesn’t immediately place an order, it is expected that they will be found in the WordPress user list, but won’t appear in the customer report generated by WooCommerce, since they haven’t placed an order yet.
I hope this helps clarify things.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
I just saw that all my clients customers are missing in the users list as well. 175 orders and no customers in the users list. WTH?

This is some F’d up shit…. No customers ANYWHERE!
And I still can’t believe that you’ve put that crap bloat of a dashboard into WC and destroyed everyone’s sales because it just slows a website to a crawl…but now, to have a clients customers just disappear? WTF?!
Hi, it is posible to add a new customer account that has not trying to buy anything in “WooCommerce > Customers” report?
maybe adding a void order?,using a hook?, the account list is not detailed and my client prefers the customers report
thank you
This is counterintuitive and still I am having customers with 0 orders in the reports list under shop – customers. But whenever I manually create a user with the role “customer” it does not show up in this section.
I understand your rationale but actually it does not stand further assessment. The process of manually creating a custoimer requires too many steps now:
1. create a user
2. reedit the user to enter the adress
3. create an order
Only after these three steps you would see the customer in the customer report tab. This is stupid. It should be a one step process and of course the report should list those with 0 orders as it perfectly already does if you cancel an order.

Hello,
I am facing the same issue, there are users in WP users list but not found in woo-commerce customers list and I think it is not related to the orders as customers list that didn’t make an order yet.
How can I fix this issue?
Thank you.
