    Hi:

I recently updated the plugin and wordpress instance. Like each time i have done this previously, the custom pins have been overwritten. I looked back at a previous ticket i wrote to you where you advised that i reload the pins to the markers folder and i just did that. I can see them in the admin but when i select one, it does not show on the site. However, if i switch the pin to one of the standard ones it shows, then it displays on the site. You can see the issue here:

for the purpose of this demonstration, i made the starter marker one of the ones you provide in the settings area and the stores marker is one of the ones i created and uploaded per directions. only the start marker shows.

    Please help.

    thanks.

If you view the source of the store locator page and search for ‘storeMarker’ you see it is set to ‘marker@2x.png’. But that file doesn’t exist http://cervezagoose.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-store-locator/img/markers/marker@2x.png At least if I try to access it in the browser I get ‘Page you are looking is Not Found’.

I checked the directory and I see the marker there and labelled correctly though i get the 404 as you described when i click on the link.
Unfortunately I can’t include a screenshot here. Any more ideas for me?

    thx

It sounds like something on your host is blocking access to files with @2 in it.

Can you contact your host and ask them about it? Because if the file exists, but it returns a 404 then there really is no other way other then a script active blocking the access.

I see the markers are loading again. What was the problem?
