Missing Advanced Setting in Features | WordPress.org

I am trying to enable the Advanced settings page so I can set some values for Titles & Meta but that option is missing from the Features tab as you can see here https://imgur.com/Z65JtNm! I am going crazy trying to figure it out so please help. I even tried to disable my latest plug-ins but with not luck.
I am on the latest version of the plugin that I just upgraded to a few days ago.

Can you please make sure you’re running the latest version of WordPress (4.9.4) and Yoast SEO (6.3)?

I am running 4.9.4 of WP.
I also just upgraded to the latest version of Yoast SEO (which I thought was 6.3). But when I look at the plugin list, it says V7.0?

There are no updates pending.

The latest version of Yoast SEO is 6.3. Please refer to this URL: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/

Thank you Rumejan for your comment. I don’t know how I managed to have V7.0 when the latest version is 6.3.
I couldn’t upgrade do had to remove the old plugin and install afresh. All working now. Thank you again.
