    Hope you’re doing well! Sorry for getting back to you a bit late on this.

    You’re absolutely right – I dug around and found that our developer addressed a similar issue about 5 years ago in this thread: Complete Button Topic

    At the time, he provided a PHP code snippet that might help. If you’re comfortable with code, you could give that a try on your end.

    Meanwhile, I’m checking back with him to see if we can implement this permanently now. I’ll update you as soon as I hear back!

    Hi,

    We’ve added this to the plugin settings in v1.9.1, so now there is no need to add the snippet.

    The options are in the “WPFactory > Order Status > General > Admin Order List Actions Buttons” section.

    Hi @algoritmika ,

    I’m not sure how this works.

    With the snipped, I added the action wc-completed to 2 custom status.

    How can I do that in the “Admin Order List Actions Buttons”? It’s not matter of sorting.

    Hi, @dabesa,

    Let’s say you created a custom “Shipped” status. And you want the “Complete” button to be visible in the “Actions” column when an order has this status. Then you would need to go to the “WPFactory > Order Status > General > Admin Order List Actions Buttons” section, enable the “Complete > Override” checkbox, and add “Shipped” status to the “Complete > Order statuses” field there, like this.

    Similarly, you can do it for the “Processing” action button.
