    Hi,

    just wondering there,

    seem to be missing a few transactions coming through from woocomerce to analytics,

    not every transactions just a few, maybe 1 or 2 a day,

    but that builds up and we get behind the overall,

    why would this be happening?

    it’s not linked to our payment gateway as both our global payment and paypal gateways have missed transactions from google,

    can you let me know please?

    I want to make sure I understand you correctly.
    Can you tell me more what is missing and which screen at which system you are looking at?

    Hi,

    So yesterday we had 7 transactions on Woocomerce,
    on google analytics it only shows 3 transactions,

    its bringing over some transactions but not all of them,

    do you know why?

    Google Analytics will not track purchase in some instances.
    eg. If a customer closes after the off-site confirmation but before the “Thank You” page, this won’t track as a purchase.

    If some of the purchases are paid with a payment gateway that does not redirect to the thank you/order received page after payment, then those orders will also not be tracked.

    Hi,

    yes I understand this,

    but it seems to be more lately than usual,

    as I say both our payment methods(paypal and global payments)
    both redirect to thank you page,

    and both payment methods have instances of being missed on google analytics,

    is there anywhere I should look to fix this?

    Can you check whether by making some test transactions on your site to see whether Google Analytics consistently misses transactions of both payment methods or only some of the transactions?

    Hi,

    I did a test transaction yesterday and it was tracked,

    as I say its not everytime it is missed,
    only ever so often,
    and doesn’t seem to be a pattern in which ones are missed,

    we need a solution for this,

    is there someone who can look and see if there is an issue with our tracking code etc?
