    Hi @woober

Where are you seeing this error?

Would you please share your report number so we can take a look at your settings?

Go to LiteSpeed Cache > Report, press the Send to LiteSpeed button, and then come back here and post the report number.

    Thanks!

    Hi, @woober

One question: which resources was pingdom complaining about?

If the resources are external (like Facebook, or Google, etc.), there’s nothing that you can do about a missing cache validator for them.

    Hi, @woober

We’ve narrowed down the problem and we think that your ETag headers are not set correctly. That is a server-level setting, and actually is not related to the LSCWP plugin.

If you are not sure how to fix the ETag headers, you can create a ticket through our client area or by sending email to support@litespeedtech.com. Someone from the server tech support team can help you out with that.

    Cheers!

One more thing. Do this normally have any influence on how fast the whole page is loaded?

Sure, if it means that those files can’t be cached.
