MIsbehaving unordered list adjacent to image

I have created a theme using a design package and installed it in a test site at http://kingserv.org/imgli/?page_id=2 and whilst it seems to behave in most regards I have a very unusual situation if I have an unordered list with an image floated to the right of the list. The behaviour is different depending on browser so:

In Opera
It behaves as I believe it should,

In Firefox & IE
Any bullets adjacent to the image will be indented by an extra few pixels,

In Chrome & Safari
The bullets will clear the image leaving lots of blank space,

Does anybody have any clues where I have gone wrong here? The stylesheet is at http://kingserv.org/imgli/wp-content/themes/LM_v01/style.css
