Mins Child Theme Primer – Footer Issue

Hello,

Can someone help me with my footer? I finally have the pages looking right and not in column format. However, there is too much white space above them. I reduced the padding of the footer and it moved a tiny bit. So, perhaps it is not actually the footer?

What can I do?
