Hey there @li-an
Thank you for reviewing and comparing WPCacheOn to other plugins! This is the most basic version of the plugin and we are still in development to add more features. If you have any ideas or would like to see specific feature, you can submit a feature request on the official plugin website:
https://wpcacheon.io/feature-requests/
Also could you please provide us with the GTMetrix tests, so we can review the YSlow results and consider them in the future versions of the plugin.
If you are interested in the WPCacheOn plugin, I will also recommend you to check from time to time the plugin changelog:

Thank you!

Hey @li-an
Thank you for the second chance. I want to give you just some heads up on the test you will perform at GTMetrix. The changes on the “Performance Scores” will be visible from the first test after installing and enabling the WPCacheOn plugin. However the changes in the “Onload Time” (in order to simulate real visitor experience, we suggest the “Onload” option to be set to “On”) could be visible after the second or third test, this is how the cache system of the WPCacheOn plugin works for now. At the moment, we work on reducing this number and have better performance from less visits.
Another thing that many people do not acknowledge when looking for better score in the “Performance Scores” is the fact that in the “PageSpeed” and “YSlow” are also listed content from external sources such as:
fonts.googleapis.com
http://www.google-analytics.com
facebook.com
instagram.com
Or other third party websites. Unfortunately no plugin is able to optimize content that is not hosted on the same server as the WordPress instance no exception in this case is the WPCacheOn plugin.
