I’m afraid there is no option for that and we don’t have a custom code that would achieve that.
But we do have this on our list of new features.
Maybe you can use a jQuery script like that http://jsfiddle.net/qhaYH/ to count words in textfields?

Hi Kasia,
thanks for your reply. Can I somehow interfere with the validating points of Forminator so I can set my custom jquery script as a requirement so that without the form is not sendable? And how can I then display the error in Forminator if the rule is not fulfilled.

You should be able to do this by using forminator_custom_form_submit_errors, you can find more info about Formiantor API here:
