Minified file does not remove original files from the code

    I have been using this plugin on a lot of websites, but this is the first time this strange issue occured. I have only tested this now with 3 css files and they are minified as expected in the head, but the 3 original css files are still visible in the source code, and this is confirmed by Chrome Developer.

    Is there a server setting I need to look for? Or a plugin setting I am missing?
