Mini Cal, Post Event Button and Map Not Working

The event calendar was working for a couple weeks after install then the following started:

– Front End Post Event Button will not pop up submission form
– Clicking on Month no longer pops up Mini Calendar to jump to a date
– Google Map will not display on Front End
– Venue “Show Map” will not save in a selected state
– Extended View options missing

We haven’t installed any new plugins or themes. Not sure what is causing this.
