Migration to localhost

I try to do migration from openshift to localhost (run by wampserver)

I cannot make it run. it gave blank page. I backup database and file structures from openshift and restored/imported. I changed the wp-config.php file to set the setting to the right database’s name and location.

May I know what I did wrong. I can’t think of any wrong step I did.

I even put the debug setting in wp-config.php but when running … I cannot find the debug log in the wp-content

Any idea?
