In order to try your gallery, I have cloned my website with about 550-600 NextGEN galleries and thousands of photographs.

    1. When I see the migration screen, it tells me that “Converting your galleries to Envira Gallery is not reversible.” Does that mean it will convert WordPress galleries to Envira as well?
    2. The dropdown options like Post, Pages, Post Types, etc. are a bit confusing. If I select the Post option, will it convert all the galleries in all the posts and replace them with Envira galleries?
    3. What would be the difference between the Post and Post Type options?
    4. Is there a way to restrict the conversion to NextGEN galleries only?
    5. Will the conversion replace the NGG block with an Envira gallery displaying the same gallery content? Or, do I need to go replace them myself one at a time?

    Thank you.

I was in a hurry when I posted the question above yesterday. I am mainly interested in converting my NextGEN Galleries to Envira. Is that feature available only on the paid version? With a little more careful reading today, I see that the conversion feature in the free version is for WordPress galleries.

    Thank you.

    Hey @acekin262 ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

You’re right, this is a paid feature of Envira Gallery. Because of forum rules, we’re not able to answer this question directly here. Instead, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team for more details: https://enviragallery.com/account/support/

We’d be happy to help you there!

    Thanks for your understanding.

Thank you, Mihai. I will try the other venue and see if it works.
