Migration from .com to .org domain question

Hi I’m in the process of migrating from .com to .org. The .com blog is http://www.glamourita.com. I’ve set up the .com site through bluehost and the URL is http://69.89.31.201/~glamoux6/. How do I go about pointing my actual domain to the new .org site? Under general settings, I see you can change the WordPress Address and Site Address. I’m figuring that’s where to start, but are there any other changes I need to make happen?

Also wondering what the process is to transfer subscribers and stats over to the new org.
