I only want to export/update the path the database as I’ve transferred all of the other files over via ftp.
The migrate page is really slow to load, though it usually populates after several minutes – but the loading icon doesn’t show so it appears to be locked of. I still can’t get past the ‘Start Migration’ step. A couple of times the Migrate page really did lock up (Chrome reported it unresponsive), or after I clicked ‘Start Migration’ it went to a page with only the title and no results, and no backup was found on the target server. Another couple of times the ‘connection was reset’ and I lost the page completely. This is all probably due to the crappy GoDaddy server that I’m trying to get away from. I just bumped up memory in php5.ini to see if that helps. All I really need is a way to edit the path in the database so that the image paths are updated correctly – I’ve found that search and replace in a text editor can’t handle it. Of course I also cleared my cache and restarted the browser. Are you aware of any problems with Chrome for Mac OS? Any other issues/suggestions that may help? Thanks!
