Migration 404 errors

Hi,
I have got a website which is working well this the last NextGen Gallery version installed.
I need to do some modification on it, so i decided to copy database and file to create a devellopment environnemet.
I change domain name, database configuration and NextGen gallery don’t working.

Here is the list of missing file :

I try to reinstall but it’s not working.
It’s really strnage because i have no error on production website but these files not exists too.
