Migrating WP install from one host to another?

    Thanks to the powers-that-be, I’ve got to move a recently-installed WordPress blog from one host to another. I’m fairly new to PHP/Mysql, coming from an ASP/SQL background.

    I’ll be moving from

    http://www.domain1.com/wordpress/

    to

    http://www.domain2.com/blog/

    What’s the best way to make the move? Do I have to reinstall WP and update a data connection? Can I just copy/paste the entire directory contents over via FTP and somehow export/import the db content? Is any of this even possible?
