Migrate existing site to multisite

i have already a website up and running, was using qtranslate to keep up with different languages. But now the site is growing and growing and I would like to have the different languages in different installations using the multisite/multiblog installation. I know how to do that that is not the problem. But I never did this with an existing site, will I loose all the pages and posts that are already there?
