How do you put a Microsoft word file on any page

You’ll need a plugin for that, but fortunately there’s a very large selection: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=microsoft+word

As for picking the right one, look for one with a good overall rating that’s compatible with your version of WordPress.
I haven’t used any myself, so I can’t recommend any specifics.
