Meta Feed Unauthorized

    I plugged the feed link into Meta and triggered the fetch, but it took a while to load. When I logged back on today, I noticed an ‘unauthorized error’ message. The exact error says: ‘Fetching the feed from the HTTP server resulted in an unauthorized error. Make sure Meta can access this feed…’

    Could you please share the feed URL with us so we can check whether the feed URL and its structure are correct? Also, kindly share a screenshot of the error message you are seeing on Facebook while uploading the feed.

    Thank you for sharing the feed URL.

    We checked the URL from our end, and it is currently returning a 403 Forbidden response. This means the server is blocking external access to the feed, which is why Meta is unable to fetch it.

    Please check your Cloudflare/WAF, security plugins, server firewall, and any .htaccess or server rules that may be restricting access to the feed URL.

    Once the feed URL can be accessed publicly without restriction, Meta should be able to fetch it successfully.

    Please let us know once the access restriction has been removed, and we can check the feed again from our end.
