Meta Descriptions not showing up

My website, http://www.thesearchninjas.com, just moved over to a new theme (still using the Yoast SEO plugin) but now the meta descriptions aren’t showing up for any of the pages (using the Screaming Frog SEP Spider which I’ve used for a couple of years now). Does anyone have any idea why? I posted something in the theme developer’s forum but no help from them as of yet…
