Meta description refreshes on Auto Save Draft

    Hi,

    Ever since the new version was released and you had changed the meta box, whenever WordPress saves a draft it refreshes the meta box, so if you are IN PROGRESS of writing something it clears it.

    This annoys a lot of webmasters I’ve talked to. It’s not a major issue and once it does it, you have a minute or two to do it again, before the next save, but it’s still annoying.

    I’m sure anyone who has been writing a description and Save Draft went on, lost whatever they had written. Just wanted to give you heads up as it’s should be relatively “easy” to fix.

    Bump. This isn’t fixed yet and I’m surprised that anyone who’s using the meta description hasn’t noticed it.

    Still nothing on this? I am tired of doing multiple posts and when I get to the meta description and start writing and Auto Save kicks in and reset my writing half-way.
