I suppose you’re referring to the metadata search in the movie editor page? Is your theme “Cinema” by SMThemes? Just asking so that I can take a look at it.

Looks like a conflict with an installed theme or plugin; first thing would be to test the plugin using a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fourteen. If it still doesn’t work, try disabling all other plugins and reactivate them one at a time to see which one(s) could be causing the issue. If none of this work we’ll follow up by email 🙂

I have the same problem too. I put the theme twenty forteen and I disabled all plugins and does not work equally !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
