Based on our check, it seems like you don’t have the plugin installed yet. Could you go through the setup flow https://prnt.sc/tu1qdw (by selecting the page, color, etc) and the code will automatically be installed on your website. If you are seeing any issue/error while going through the flow, please let us know.

This is happening to me as well, installed the plugin followed the process after clicking “Edit Chat Plugin”.
The FB Page seemed to retain whatever settings I placed via the plugin, my domain is already whitelisted.
Tested on Chrome which is the browser I’m using to test the site, it appears (not sure if it’s because I have facebook open in another tab?)
But testing on another browser or another device, nothing shows up, when you view source it’s as if the code did not even load, you can’t find the chat code anywhere.
Sorry to say I uninstalled it as it wasn’t working but after you replied I tried again to check if it’s working but after checking I confirm you that it’s not working. Could you please check my site again? I left the plugin installed. Thanks
I’ve just fixed mine!
What worked for me was clearing my site cache. I was using WP fastest cache and once I cleared the site cache, everything worked as intended. You may want to try it if you’re using a caching plugin as well.

I am already using w3 cache but the problem in my site isn’t cache related as it’s brand new and I tried even by deleting whole database
We just installed this on our site, hoping to migrate from another solution.
We see the javascript running and working but nothing is seen on the front side by any browser we tried.
