messenger FAQ

Hi,

I have tried to configure the messenger settings and I think that it is all ok.
Unfortunatly, the frequently asked questions which I have already set up, never appears.

The away message and the immediate response, working fine but from Frequent asked questions, neither the questions and the answers are displayed.

Any syggestions?
