Messages not translated

same for german language. Since today all messages in english.

2nd Problem. I can integrate recaptcha but if i activate it in a form, no more mail goes out. since hours I try all i find on google but every time an orange border for spam, but if i take out recaptcha and activate perhaps really simple captcha or no one every mail goes out. I don’t know where is my problem. It’s the same on every site!
