Message: Error!

    The box shows up and I can make changes, etc. to it very easily.

    Everything seems to be working…but when I enter my name/email I get the following:

    Error!
    There was an error submitting your info.

    Question- do I have to have an email subscription service (like MailChimp) for this to work? I’m not using one now, so not sure if that’s the cause of this error.

    Yes. You have to have an email service provider integrated.

    I recommend signing up with GetResponse, they provide 30 day free trail. You can find the link to sign up here: Global Settings > Email Service Integration > GetResponse (Create Account).
