message don’t show

I have problem with message bar. Only the button is showing on. Text doesn’t show. I tried to change font color, text, background. Nothing works.

Its white empty background, and black Accept button. No other text.

I use plugin in other sites (have the same template) and everything is fine.

I don’t know what is going on.
