Merging logo with menu

Hi there,

I am desperately keen to find out how I might be able, if at all, to place the main logo on top of the main menu, as opposed to having it sit above it in the header area.

As well as this, I would like the text in the menu to shift to the right so the newly placed logo does not cover anything up.

My website is tdt.ncde.org.uk, using the theme Vantage Pro.

All advice is much appreciated.
