Menus URLs doesn’t change automatically

Maybe it’s the right behaviour, but maybe not 🙁
In my site I have a menu with links to some pages. Before that, I only had one language: Spanish.
I’ve just installed Bogo and created some translations in English, so now I have a couple of pages in Spanish and also in English.
When I change the language from Spanish to English, should the URL for the items in my menu change? They are loading the Spanish version of the pages yet, although they are configured to be seen in both languages.
Also, if I have a Spanish version of a page in my browser, and I change the language, that page doesn’t change to the English version automatically.

But then, do I need a different menu for each language?
