Menu's simply don't show up

Hi,

I’ve been trying to get your plugin to work with my site, but to no avail. Neither the shortcode or the widget works, I simply get a blank space or the actual shortcode posted on the site. I’ve followed your instructions three times, and nothing changes. Here’s a link, where I put the shortcode in the main page and also the widget on the sidebar: http://www.lavendersdayspas.com/dermalogica. I’m not sure if it’s a conflict with my theme (Limon), but if you could let me know what’s the deal, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
