Hi Tom,
Sorry, but I am having the same problem, the mobile navigation is not working on a number of our sites, the whole menu just vanishes.
I know you would like some links to the site with problems, but I do not want to publish them here as they can be read by hackers.
Kind regards
John

Also, my “Search” function and Layered Nav filters are no longer working after activating Max Mega Menu. I’ve deactivated it, but nothing is working anymore, including the menu on mobile (it is visible but won’t open, so no one can navigate through the site). Please note that I tested before adding Max Mega Menu and all was fine, so it seems to be a problem with this plugin. Need resolution please. Your help is much appreciated.
bmazer, Please can you send me a link to your site?
TLCJohn, there’s not much I can do without a link sorry. You can try this:

TLCJohn if you still have problems please start a new thread.

Hi Tom,
Thank you for your comment, that has now orked in a way. The menu is now visible but fully opened. I have added the code and the JavaScript plug-in you recommended.
How do we get the menu to collapse to its Hamburger state?
Kind regards
John

Hi John,
Do you have this CSS in your custom styling area? If so you’ll need to remove it.

Hi there Tom,
First off, I would like to say, thank you for all your help you are a star.
There was NO CSS code as you have described but looking at the settings under the mobile menu section, the following was ticked, but I don’t know why.
Disable Mobile Toggle
Hide the toggle bar and display the menu in it’s open state by default.
Un ticking it has sorted the problem.
So thank you for your time.
Kind regards
John
