Menus and Widgets

Hey All,
I have been using WordPress for about a month and still can’t figure it out.
Basically all I want to do is:
Have my main page have three menus:
About Me
Blog Posts
Contact Me
With images, if it’s not too much to ask.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this. It’s either a main static page, with the menu having a page, or all the content on the page listed.

Please help!
