Menu won't show on themeboy based theme

Hi

I have removed standard menu from Football Club theme and placed this code:

echo do_shortcode( ‘[responsive-menu]’ );

in the place of the previous menu. After this, when you enter “View page source” in web browser it is visible there but there are empty space below page logo regardless.
