menu on the website

Hi, I created a child theme for Twenty.. Theme
and I’m trying to add pages and sub pages to the menu at the header.
I did it so far throw the dash board by creating the pages and afterwards by creating and custom menu and adding the pages to it.
from some reason and it doesn’t show the sub pages for the pages in the menu.

note -I did marked the Automatically add new top-level pages. in the Menus section.
