Menu on New Page

I have looked for how to do this but cannot see any posts on it. I am using Elementor Pro. How do you have your nav bar send you from your front page to another page with the menu on it. I have my home page set up with a hamburger drop down and when it is clicked on I want it to go to a full page that has the navigation menu on it. As it is right now when you click on the hamburger menu yo get a dropdown and if you choose Page1 it takes you to a page with the nav menu. I want it so that when you click on the hamburger menu you do not get a dropdown but it goes directly to page1.
