menu not working when viewing on mobile device

Hello,
I am using a responsive theme based off of Super Skeleton, when viewing the site on a mobile device previously, the navigation menu was working fine. Now I noticed that the menu is not working at all.

Please advise, any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
