Menu not coming up

Hello!

I followed the directions for the plugin, but it isn’t working. Is it my word press version or theme causing the problem?

WordPress 4.2.2 running Customizr theme.

I set up a page called Menu2 to test it and just comes up blank: http://plpcc.org/menu-2/
