The first thing I would recommend is to update the theme because it looks like you are on version 1.4.4 but the latest is 1.4.5
When viewing a page with “no banner or slider”, the curve graphic should default to the smaller one. Right now it appears the larger curve graphic is the issue as it’s bigger and overlaps the menu, whereas the small one will not.
Right so…
1. How do I update it?
2. the large curve banner is supposed to default to small curved banner if the page does not have an image..correct? so I do i fix this without removing the curved grafic cause i really like the curved graphic
To update, when you are in your admin area, under the Dashboard heading in the left column are two links, one for Home and one for Updates. Click on the updates.
This theme has an unusual setup for the curve graphic with different options, but it also depends if you are on the front page of your site or an inner page. By default, it should be that the small curved graphic loads when no banner image or slider is in the Banner sidebar position. For example, you can see this when you go to the live DEMO site.
I do need to make a modification to the customizer choices that has a setting to use the large curve on pages, but this should say that only when a banner is used, otherwise it defaults to the small one.
I get what you are saying but how does this fix my problem…does this mean i have to put an image on each page if i want to keep the large curve banner feature? it seems like it is not defaulting to the small curved banner when the pages has no image.
is there a way to choose the small graphic for only certain page. because when i make the changes in customizer it affects all my pages!

I just looked at your code…it appears you have an empty widget in your banner sidebar position. This is why the large curve is showing. Check the sidebar position to see if you do have an unused widget in there…if so, remove it.
