Menu Missing on custom post type Single Post (Bug)

Overall very nice handy plugin but its crashed on Custom Post Type single Post, See when i’m in this page (custom taxonomy) have 2 posts: http://envato.webdesignerart.com/ridolfi/projects/restoration/restoration-completed/

And also Menu Showing those 2 posts:
PROJECT17
PROJECT16

But when click any of the project link, which is technically custom post type single page, Then your plugin remove all the links, you can check this page, which is project16:
http://envato.webdesignerart.com/ridolfi/rprojects/project16/

Plz fix this its very urgent.
